As a licensed Broker, Bobbi-Lyn Tidswell has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since January 2017. She believes every real estate journey is unique and is committed to providing honest advice, knowledgeable guidance, and exceptional service at every step.

Bobbi-Lyn works with clients buying and selling residential properties, land, multifamily homes, commercial real estate, and investment properties. Whether someone is purchasing a first home, selling a longtime property, looking for the perfect piece of land, or expanding a portfolio, she works to make the process feel clear and manageable.

Born and raised in the Lincoln area, Bobbi-Lyn is proud to serve the community she has always called home. Her local knowledge and years of experience help clients confidently navigate the market. Outside of work, Bobbi-Lyn enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Maine's outdoors. She can often be found hiking the mountains or paddling the lakes and rivers with her husband and their dogs. Her love for the area gives her an even greater appreciation for everything Maine offers, and she enjoys helping others discover it for themselves.
